Mike Davy purchased the Boone Bait Co. Sea Minnow from Bisbee’s fuel dock in Newport Beach, CA, and so began the new life of Boone’s most popular trolling lure, the Sea Minnow.
Boone made a master mold from the frozen anchovy, duplicating every detail of the fish.
